Press Release: Homestead Classification Information

The Beltrami County Assessor’s Office reminds homeowners in order to receive homestead classification the State of Minnesota requires the property to have an application on file with the county. Beltrami County is reviewing parcels classified as homestead and property owners may receive a letter from Beltrami County requesting an updated application.
