2026 Cheap Sealing

Chip seal operations will begin Monday, July 27, 2026, on various routes within the county. Chip sealing operations include application of a liquid emulsion to the road, covering it with small rock, rolling the rock into the oil with heavy rollers, and applying a final liquid emulsion to prolong the life of the road. During construction drivers may encounter wet oil and loose rock. Please avoid driving into wet oil and wait for the pilot cars that will be operating in the construction zone. Please use caution and reduce vehicle speed to help prevent vehicle damage as loose rock may be present.

CSAH 7 from South County Line to CSAH 14
CSAH 11 from TH 197 to CSAH 7
CSAH 15 from CSAH 52 to the Turtle River
CSAH 27 from CSAH 12 to CSAH 20
CSAH 29 from CSAH 43 to TH 71
CSAH 30 from CSAH 31 to TH 71
CSAH 31 from TH 71 to CSAH 32
CSAH 43 from CR 307 to TH 71               
CSAH 22 from TH 71 to CR 307
CSAH 33 from CSAH 8 to CSAH 12
CR 307 from CSAH 43 to Three Culverts Road
